Offered types of railway accessories
The most common type of rigid intermediate mounting is K-type fastening system, also known as classic fastener. When fastening with use of such method, rails are placed on steel ribbed base plates, fixed with four steel screws to timber substrate. The rail is pressed to base plate with use of foot bolts through rigid rail clips. To prevent screws and nuts of foot bolts from loosening and to reduce vibrations of rail, spring rings are used. Additionally, between rail foot and steel base plate, plastic rail pad is inserted.
