The answer to such problem was the idea to create a business structure that would implement the above tasks comprehensively. A customer who manages track infrastructure or executes the related investment tasks, at one stop should receive fully professional and comprehensive service, from designing, through consulting, production of elements, logistic services, and finally – construction and subsequent maintenance of railways. The first step towards such accomplishment was a strong expansion in the tramway infrastructure segment and creation of new unit dealing with rail superstructure development (External Works Department).

At the same time internal designing and R&D departments underwent expansion which allowed for implementation of innovative solutions for production, development and servicing key elements of railway superstructure, such as railway switches. Although implementation of the above measures was getting us closer to objectives pursued, it turned out to be insufficient. The next step was a decision of the owners to go for market expansion effected through creation and development of capital group – in a short time KZN “Bieżanów” acquired shares in companies, and also was creating completely new business entities from scratch (2010-2013).
